STAFF AND VOLS

Staff and volunteers.

The Association is operated by a dedicated team of staff, who are mostly  employed on a part time basis, and a great band of volunteers.

 All are committed to bringing joy and happiness to those who are less fortunate than others, be they wheelchair bound, disabled or frail.

 It makes no difference everyone is welcome.

Volunteers help in all aspects including:

bullet    Mini-bus drivers and escorts
bullet    Car driving for the Voluntary Car Service
bullet    Kitchen assistance at Sheppard House
bullet    Support / assist club members with art and craft  activities
bullet    Provide extra hands on outings and trips
bullet    Help in Charity Shop

 At least one volunteer's efforts have been recognised and she has received an award at the Houses of Parliament. Others have enjoyed attending a garden party at Buckingham Palace.  No matter what - all of them are just as deserving.
